The GT spec manifold was designed to race specifications with a narrower pipe for faster flow and a sleeve-flange to absorb changes in pipe "growth" due to steel expansion from heat. The piping slots into an airtight configuration reducing risk of manifold leaks and aiding gas-scavenging. Piping is constructed with tig welds in either polished SUS 304 stainless steel or HPC coated. HPC option delivers superior gas flow and scavenging properties, a higher HP figure and improves bottom end response dramatically increasing engine ability to spool up faster at lower RPM.
